Polyphasic Sleep, also know as the Uberman Sleep Cycle is a method in which one sleeps 6 times, every 4 hours, for 20 minutes, during every 24 hour period. Why? This Blog follows Nick Busey's attempt at trying to convert to, and live under this sleep schedule.
